Terry McWilliams is founder and president of Mozaic Investor Relations. His 22 years of communication experience includes more than a decade as an investor relations counselor, developing programs to help clients gain proper market valuation of their securities. He has served clients ranging from small cap companies to those listed on the New York Stock Exchange, including household names such as Dollar General Corporation, Ashland Coal and Kimball International. Annual reports for which he was responsible have won numerous regional and national awards. He has been vice president of two Louisville public relations firms, Shandwick USA and Public Relations Network. He was also an award-winning reporter at the Knoxville Journal and Asbury Park Press, and was Knoxville correspondent for the Wall Street Journal. McWilliams' background includes an MBA (marketing and finance) from the University of Tennessee, and a BA in journalism from the University of Kentucky. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute.

Rick Cook, APR. Based in San Diego, Rick is a special consultant with Mozaic Investor Relations. He specializes in corporate communications, media relations, and crisis communications. With 12 years of experience from one of the world's largest public relations agencies, Shandwick USA and one of the country's largest financial services providers, PNC Bank, Rick has advised executive and senior managers in health care, food service, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, financial services and other industries. He has extensive experience in the development of internal communications systems and is a polished, productive writer for a range of media. Accredited by the Public Relations Society of America, Rick has won regional and national awards for his work. He holds an MA in English from the University of Louisville.

Pat Propes is a senior graphic designer who specializes in corporate materials, such as annual reports and corporate identity packages. In a career spanning two decades, she has produced award-winning work for companies such as Brown-Forman, Dollar General Corporation, Humana, Trans Financial Inc., PNC Bank, Jewish Hospital and many others. She holds a BFA from the University of Illinois and she taught computer design at Indiana University Southeast. She is the founder of the graphic design firm Balance Design, Inc.
