Genlyte Group - Nasdaq-traded Genlyte (GLYT) combined with the lighting business of Thomas Industries in 1998 and now represents the largest lighting company in North America dedicated exclusively to the design, manufacture and marketing of lighting fixtures and controls.
ThermoView Industries, Inc. - ThermoView Industries (AMEX: THV) is one of the largest publicly traded companies in the U.S. dedicated exclusively to the $200 billion home improvement industry. Mozaic provides a complete service package to ThermoView including investor relations and financial communications, public relations, annual report, news releases, internal communications, and website content.
Thomas Industries Inc. - Mozaic partnered with Louisville's New West Agency to communicate Thomas Industries (NYSE: TII) acquisition of Germany's Werner Rietschle. The deal doubled Thomas' size as one of the world's leading manufacturers of pumps and compressors.
Winebrenner Capital Partners, LLC - Another public relations client, Winebrenner Capital Partners, LLC provides investment banking, merger/acquisition, valuation, private placement and brokerage services.
The Banker's Store (New West Agency LLC) - Mozaic partnered with Louisville NewWest Agency to serve The Banker's Store (OTC: BSTR), a full-line provider of electronic and traditional banking equipment, furniture and fixtures. Mozaic is providing financial communications strategy as an adjunct to New West's public relations and visibility program.
Integra Bank - Regional bank holding company Integra (Nasdaq: IBNK) has operations in four states. Mozaic wrote Integra's 2001 annual report.
PNC Bank - Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PNC Bank has operations throughout the country, including the markets Mozaic helps serve, Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Mozaic has provided a wide range of corporate communications, public relations and marketing communication services for PNC.
USAccess Bank - (now Accencia Bank) - one of the first true Internet banks. USAccess, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, offers a full spectrum of banking services.
LeapFrog Inc. - Mozaic provides public relations consultation to LeapFrog, a Louisville-based interactive web agency.
OPS Plus - One of our non-public clients, OPS Plus seeks to reduce material and personnel costs for manufacturers through managing the purchasing or procurement process. Through an aggressive marketing communications plan, Mozaic is helping OPS Plus win the confidence and business of new clients.
MBSL Group - St. Petersburg-based MBSL began acquiring companies in late 1999 as part of its strategic plan to create a consortium of complementary companies to serve the financial industry.
